La collection Simone — Les Grands Dimanche

An art collaboration with Barcelona based artist & ceramicist  Pascale Zintzen, Oikos Estudio exclusively for TheWayWePlay.

La collection Simone is born from the tender memory of opening Simone’s old wooden cupboard every Sunday — a cupboard with a magical scent, holding the treasured plates reserved for Les Grands Dimanches, the big joyful family lunches that shaped every other week.

This collection revives that heritage through an exclusive art collaboration between The Way We Play and artist–ceramicist Oikos Estudio / Pascale Zintzen.

Consisting of five limited-edition plates, each piece is hand-crafted and shaped with slow intention. The plates are large (32 cm/diameter), sculptural statement objects — designed to live beautifully on a table, inside an open cupboard, as an elegant fruit plate, or hung on the wall as a decorative art piece.

Each plate carries a signature bas-relief, a quiet imprint that speaks of the artisan’s hand — a bridge between memory and modern creation.
